Alukraft GmbH grants a manufacturer warranty for the metallic constructions of its products starting from the date of delivery. Depending on the product, the warranty period ranges from 12 to 60 months. In the event of a warranty claim, Alukraft GmbH reserves the right to replace the product, repair it, or issue a credit at its discretion.

ALUMINUM PROFILE MATS – 60 months
GRATINGS – 12 months
MANHOLE COVERS – 60 months
LINE DRAINAGE SYSTEMS – 60 months
MAILBOX SYSTEMS – 24 months
RUBBER PRODUCTS – 24 months
MOUNTING ACCESSORIES – Aluminum constructions – 60 months
MOUNTING ACCESSORIES – Steel constructions – 12 months
The warranty exclusively covers the metal construction and composition of the products manufactured by Alukraft GmbH. Components such as cleaning inserts, fibers, and pile types are excluded from the warranty.
The warranty becomes void if the buyer transports or reships the product independently.
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper care or use. For instructions on proper cleaning and maintenance, please refer to our care manual or contact our customer service.
This warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties, including—but not limited to—implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. It is subject to the limitations and exclusions outlined in this document as well as the applicable legal provisions.
Alukraft GmbH is not liable for lost profits, business losses, loss of goodwill, or similar damages, whether arising from breach of contract, negligence, or other legal reasons.
The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of warranty claims requires the original sales receipt or a comparable purchase document.
If any part of this warranty conflicts with applicable legal regulations, it will be adjusted to the extent permitted by law.
